beyond bodywork

My bodywork offering is an evolution of 20 years' experiential learning in the realms of mind, body & spirit, including exploration of healing energetics, mind-body connection and the teachings of Esalen Massage and Alchemy of Touch. I work particularly with deep tissue techniques & myo-fascial release.

 

The physical body is the interface between our consciousness and the material. As we release tensions & effect positive change at the level of form, so deep healing at all levels of being is catalysed. All things are connected.

 

I offer sessions at your home, bringing with me the table and all that is required.

 

An initial session lasts 90 minutes and is charged at €111.

Subsequent treatments are priced at €75-85 per hour, depending on location.
